We both enjoyed our stay in this hotel.All the facilities were excellent and more are nearing completion. Swimming pool,gym, bowling and kids club.Also our room and eating facilities were excellent. A big plus for us was the excellent service provided by Vinicius Rentz of Yes Tourism Office located in the hotel. -

O staff do hotel é muito atencioso. As instalações são simples, mas atendem bem. O hotel dispõe de amplo estacionamento fechado. O café da manhã é muito bom, em fartura e qualidade dos alimentos servidos. Instalações muito limpas. Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no San Juan Tour Foz.

Great place. Went for the Falls and then realized I also got lucky and had an amazingly relaxing stay at the resort. Also, be sure to contact Bliss Travel at the resort. They will take care of absolutely anything you need to make plans in the area. They too are great.

All staff were very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool with the outdoor lounge/cafe area are very nice as well. Great location with a taxi stand right across the street, a supermarket close by and many restaurants around. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. -

There were pretty big rooms, good service, very helpful English-speaking staff (at reception). Breakfast is very good, also we had a dinner, and it was also nice. From the high floor there is a good view to the city or to the river. For cold weather (it was +3C) they have power conditioners - setting to +26 makes room acceptable.

cleanliness of this hotel. It's near to shops and a good restaurant

helpful and efficient! Bus stop to the Falls just round the corner.

As acomodações são ótimas. O café é muito gostoso, mas ha uma certa demora em repor as coisas, as vezes precisamos pedir algumas coisas. Mas vale a pena pela localização e conforto dos quartos! -
