We could relax and enjoy of this Apartment.

Nice and clean, great facilities near by:a wonderful park to jogging and walk, good shops for food.

It would be more confortable for guests to have a washing machine in the house,although there is one free service laundry just across the street.
A microwave would also be nice.
Just thought I would mention that the apt is accessed by a flight of stairs about 12, then it has two levels plus the mezzanine, so may be difficult for some. This is not a dislike just felt it was worth pointing out.
3 levels in the flat were sometimes much for my aching knee, but the fault was mine!
And we were too short, weather was rainy to enjoy the balcony.
