The staff were very welcoming, and were happy to accommodate my constantly changing requirements. I have stayed here before and have always enjoyed myself, but they excelled themselves this time. The location is fantastic, and the price is amazing for an hotel within 100M of Stephansplatz.
I found the bedroom rather over-heated. Opening the window generally solved the problem, but not when it was raining!

Exceptional! Fabulous location, very clean & quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Shower had amazing water pressure too! Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.
The location is superb - just off Stephenplatz which is a major metro stop in the heart of Vienna. It was a 2 minute walk to the National Museum and the world famous Demel's pastry shop. Also plenty plenty of nice shops nearby.
This hotel has one of the best location just a few steps from the main streets, attractions and underground station. There are a lot of very good restaurants close to the hotel.
The rooms looks a little bit old but are clean and spacious.

Excellent location at the most popular shoping area in Vienna at the corner of Graben and Kertner strasse. Just 50m away from the Stephansdom and U1 subway. Probably the best strating point for any destination in Vienna.

Perfect location and great breakfast. Staff was super friendly. They have a printer in the lobby which its pretty useful for the plane tickets.

Well to begin with the staff was very friendly and helpful which is not the case with viennese in this kind of service. The hotel especially rooms were clean. The location is quite nice, convenient and at walking distance to any touristic sight in the city. The room rates are reasonable. I will certainly recommend your hotel to my friends. there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

excellent location in centre of the city a short walk (10-15 minutes) from all the museums, opera house, shopping and even parks, and loads of places to eat if you don't want to eat at hotel, which has fantastic breakfasts, and great Italian food especially the pizza's which are enormous, all of the staff were brilliant.
mattresses could have been softer but that's personal preference

I stayed here in May 2013 and I loved this Hotel, exactly the type of accommodation I look for on a City Trip. Comfortable, traditional, and in an absolutely fantastic location! Literally step out of your door and your are right in the centre and within 5 or 10mins (walk) of all the main attractions and there is plenty to see and do on the way. Despite its central location it wasn't noisy either. All the staff were very helpful and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vienna. There is a lot to do in Vienna and finding this little gem in the middle of it all definitely helped myself and family make the most of our short stay!

The room had a weird smell (like old wet carpet). I read that comment in the reviews and I can confirm it. It would be good to have a kettle for hot water in the room
Very well located I 1 minute from the subway and the cathedral in the middle of the pedestrian streets with shpos and restaurants all around. Warm welcome. Very good breakfast and possibility to have an Italian dinner at the restaurant.
Great location, nice, clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff. Free wifi and possibility to use the hotel's computer for no charge. Perfect for business.

What we like best is the location & the simple breakfast. Staff in the restaurant are all nice except some from the reception side.

Withdrew money from a card for accommodation in hotel twice and 2 weeks money doesn't return
