  Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. Also especially well located for my wife who has mobility diffioculties. - The hotel has individual character and charm. It's a pretty easy walk to the hotelfrom the main train station, although I get lost usually my first timein every new city. Staff was exceptional with any questions. Parking is easy on site. Close to SZG airport but you'd never it. - The owner and staff were gracious and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. After several nights in noisy city hotels, we were thankful for this location with mountain views from each window, away from city noise, but just a 15-minute bus ride into Salzburg from a bus stop 5 minutes away. Breakfast was bountiful and we had delicious dinners there both nights.
