The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

Close to SZG airport but you'd never it. - The owner and staff were gracious and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. After several nights in noisy city hotels, we were thankful for this location with mountain views from each window, away from city noise, but just a 15-minute bus ride into Salzburg from a bus stop 5 minutes away. Breakfast was bountiful and we had delicious dinners there both nights.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and really made our surprise birthday trip with all of their attention to detail. The room was large and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast was superb and well worth the money, and the location outside the city centre is no problem as it's easily walkable (15 minutes along the river) or 5 minutes by bus. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.
