Mrs.Dorli Falkner is very friendly and nice hostess: She keeps a very nice house with garden,near a river ; with attractive view to the mountains of Tirol & Otztal.   We had booked the appartement which was excellent. Spacious and very well appointed. Also booked one single room within hotel. That room was described as cold but otherwise ok.
