  I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on. The room was not generous but very comfortable with nice quality linens. Staff was very accommodating and professional.   Many thanks for our great vacation! We've been in apartments in Maria Theresien Strasse24. It's easy to reach this location by public transport (tram (D, 1), metro+CAT (from the airport)). Too big perhaps:-) The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away from Figlmuller, the best wiener schnitzel in the world, and 100 meters from Stefanplatz. Everything was great except there was no privacy in the bathroom as the wall/door separating the bath, toilet and shower was glass. It's also tricky when you have more than a couple staying as you have to go through the only bedroom to go to the bathroom. But that's minor.
