Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

The rooms were stunning and totally relaxing. Sumptuous but in a very modern way. The seat in the window was really good. Wifi was fast with a good signal in the rooms. staff were very welcoming. there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

Location could not be better. One minute to St. Stephen's cathedral
and Kartner St., Yet away from the shopping hustle. The historic
building has a lot of character and feels very unique. I loved the
atrium with the winter garden. The hotel feels private and comfortable.
Breakfast served until 11:30 was excellent, with cold cuts, youghurts,
pastries, cereals, 3 types of egg dishes and even goulash soup, if
