Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

The apartment was awesome, very cosy for 3 people. It is very clean and comfortable. I have OCD, this apartment is really neat! Ms Andessner was a very thoughtful host. We were travelling with teenage daughters and we all appreciated the family unit that had two bedrooms and very spacious bathroom. All staff people were friendly, speeking in several languages, helpful in every queation like booking tours, asking weather forcast, maps, places to visit, taxi booking and so on and so on. I had really no problems and no questions without answer!
