We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

... o que as pessoas dizem » hing. Helpful owner - This is very kitchish, like staying at your grandma's place. Each of the 14 rooms is appointed differently. So a fun place to stay. Plus the staff is always very, very helpful. The breakfast is hot and cold and cooked right there, it changes every day too. And of course, you are a two minute walk from the museum and Hofburg area.

Room was totally fine, big enough and shared bathroom access was not a
problem for the 4 nights I was there. An exceptionally good price made
any minor bother ok. Excellent neighborhood to explore and close enough
to the 1st district to walk. Try the City Bike bike sharing located a
few blocks away at the Rathaus. Only 1 euro then unlimited 1 hour trips!

The location can't be beat. You can walk most places and there is a u bahn station very close to the hotel. Tina made us feel we were in her home. We has use of a small refrigerator and she lent us bowls and spoons. There was a table and four chairs and a couch as well as beds in the room. It was very large. We stayed six nights and loved it -

The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment.

I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.
