I will stay there again. - I've stayed at Hotel am Stephansplatz a few times now and each stay is being made into a very nice experience due to the very experienced and friendly staff. The hotel itself is very modern, very clean and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit to Vienna and Hotel am Stephansplatz.

Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :)

Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone...

We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

I was there during Sibos exhibition , the arrangement was perfect ( Transportation , information , End day party ,.....tec) . Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station . It was a truly beautiful designer apartment. It far exceeded my expectations - everything detail was perect, from the fresh coffee and leaf tea available to use to the bottle of champagne in the fridge to the toiletries. I wanted to stay longer.

– Wardrobe was big with enough equipment to comfortably arrange our clothes.
– Room was spacious, super clean with modern furnishings.
– Bathroom had warm floor, hair dryer and soap + shampoo.
– We asked for quiet room, and we received it. We didn't hear what was going on in other rooms.
– Close to metro and city center, we used metro only 2 times

Great choice! The hotel do near the train station and also near the underground station. Also 5 mins walk to ALDI, 2 mins walk to a good restaurant. The reception is really helpful and welling to answer any question! The room is nice equipped. Free fitness and sauna! Recommend!!!!!
