Despite the proximity to the center, it is quiet as the apartment faces the inner yard. 3. The owner (Christian) was readily available on phone, and was very - Clean and comfortable. Good location (the Innere Stadt and Museums quarter were just a few minutes walk away). Shops and transport just outside the apartment building. Restaurants in Spittleberg just five minutes walk away. Quiet and peaceful place to return to at the end of a busy day.

  After they had a computer booking problem, I got moved at no extra cost to another hotel. The hotel I stayed at was actually a 4* hotel called the Hotel Boltzmann that also belonged to the same owners. It was a few hundred metres from the Bleckmann, in a much quieter street near the American embassy. A nice room. The breakfast is very well served. The hotel si very close to Votive Kirche and the Inner Stadt of Wien and this makes the hotel very useful in case that you have to work in there or somebody wants to visit this beautiful city.

  The apartment was very clean. It was fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine) and with all the basic extras (detergent, coffee, sugar, basic wc necessities, ect).   Location was great (if you're travelling on the airport train to Praterstern, it's 3 stops on bus 5b in the direction of Heiligenstadt Bf). Tram to the city and bus stops on the doorstep, supermarkets (chain and ethnic) were right across the streets. Plenty of restaurants too but we ate in. Kitchen could be better equipped with cutlery - The staff guy was very helpful and kind! Apartment was very clean and had all the necessary stuff. The apartment is also very well localized, very close to the city center (we went there everyday walking). Augarten park is 2min walking and you can see part of it through the window. Just perfect!
