As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two
metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz-
U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than
half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really
very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from
the apartment.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern.

subway stop, but away from the tourist-centric areas. Yet, not that far

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Apartment was large, bright, comfortable. Location is in a culturally diverse neighborhood within walking distance of most sights. Public transportation was readily available, as was a grocery store and other shops.

Many thanks for our great vacation! We've been in apartments in Maria Theresien Strasse24. It's easy to reach this location by public transport (tram (D, 1), metro+CAT (from the airport)).

Our apartment was huge. Too
big perhaps:-) The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away from Figlmuller, the best wiener schnitzel in the world, and 100 meters from Stefanplatz. Everything was great except there was no privacy in the bathroom as the wall/door separating the bath, toilet and shower was glass. It's also tricky when you have more than a couple staying as you have to go through the only bedroom to go to the bathroom. But that's minor.

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed.
