We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :)

Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone...

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -
