  The appartment was cool and quiet facing onto a courtyard where you could eat your breakfast. It was very clean and to a high standard. The staff were really helpful with supplying fresh towels, storing luggage etc. The deli at the local Bila supermarket was excellent. The appartment was just a short walk to the local tram stop or 5 - 10 min metro... o que as pessoas dizem » stop, but you could walk into town (15 mins). The 5a bus was a bit of a curiousity as it only seemed to go around the block. - An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed.

Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

  We stayed in a superior room which was excellent. Facilities are limited though (no bar) but room had a small kitchen. The room aslo had a full home cinama set up but no DVD's at reception so take your own if you are planning a night in. All and all highly recommended - Lovely, modern decorated rooms.   Localização - We really liked the large room since it had 1 king bed and then 2 twin beds in a separate room so that the children could sleep in there. Very easy access to the metro. Very quiet. - very good hotel. Cannot find any fault whatsoever. Location perfect for what we wanted. Staff excellent, will be returning very soon.
