Naturresort Hotel is perfect for anybody who would like to rest from the busy reality. The hotel is situated right next to the ski gindole Smaragd which will take to the fantastic Wildkogel Arena. Everything in the hotel is perfect: clean, room decoration, everybody is so polite and very good breakfast. We really enjoyed our relaxation evenings in sauna. I'd strongly recommend this hotel!.
todos opiniões » Wow. We liked everything, from the large spacious apartment with views, to the buffet breakfast, the location close to great walking. Everything was provided, and the staff were friendly. Only had 2 nights, but loved it. And very reasonable. Lovely restaurant essentially next door. incredible place, everything wonderful. this place should be rated a 4 star. rooms awesome, breakfast super. owners are the best people , they really know how to run a business. i cant say enough good things about this place and the owners. this is a diamond in the ruff. Naturresort is an excellent hotel, in an outstanding location with the gondola, and the end of the ski and toboggan run at your door step. The owners are very friendly and helpful. This is one of the nicest places we've stayed in and would love to return. Wow...fantastic place! Our best stay in Austria so far. Staff were great, breakfast fantastic, super clean and large rooms & the best sauna we have seen all year - hot, new, clean. Everything perfect...first 10/10 I have ever given. Beautifully designed hotel, traditional Austrian with a modern flair. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Their English was not great, but it was way better then my German - so no complaints there. big comfort ecological rooms with big windows with mountains view, pleasant personel with good sense of humor, good coffee for breakfast, location in small cozy town in the mountains. The owners were extremely helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and very well appointed. The spa area, although limited, was similarly spotless and very relaxing. Friendly staff, very clean, quit and very specious rooms. Excellent near by restaurant. All was fantastic. We ware in hotel for the 2nd time and we are fully satisfied again. setting is amazing! Woke up to snow capped Alps after a brief early sept rain below. Mountain view,wonderful landscape,staff's amabilty and polite behaviour. Location, staff, clean rooms. There is really limited places to go outside and have a dinner. Small town of Bramberg has only 3 or 4 restaurants which were fully booked for evenings maybe the option would be to have small restaurant in the hotel. However it is small thing as we finally found place to eat :) - S.Lounge (next to the Gondole station) restaurant serves really gourmet dishes!. nothing. We should have stayed longer!. A general Austrian law - being able to smoke in public areas. I have become accustomed to all public places being non-smoking - so this came as an unpleasant surprise. I'm afraid that I share a previous contributor's criticism about the pervading smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. none. Weather in the 2nd halve of the week. But it is not the matter under control of the hotel owners and the hotel personal. :-). We wished some TV programmes in English.French;Italian or classical music. unlocked skiroom for whole day.
