  The location of he hotel was excellent being across the road from the beach and about 70 metres from restaurants of differing nationalities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was excellent and being at the end of the corridor our kitchen was another room and sufficiently equipped.   I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.

  The location was quite good close to the older part of Townsville. Our view from apartment 64 was really quite nice. The overal facilities were good and the apartment was sensibly laid out. Beautiful bathroom, loved the sliding doors in the lounge and bedroom. Really special to open them up in the morning before the day heated up. Price was fair for what we got. - Location, parking availability, room layout. Shame about the dirty room but that happens...the resolution was organised in an efficient and timely manner..so well done to the staff involved

  Location was fantastic. We could easily walk to many places including for eating and swimming. Room was a good size and had a lovely outlook onto the palms and garden. Gentleman at reception was very helpful. Great to have parking available under the building. Would definitely stay there again. - We stayed at the Waters Edge for six nights. The location was excellent very close to fantastic restaurants and we had a fantastic view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Having the small kitchen was very good. The staff where excellent. I would certainly stay there again and recommend the room to anyone going to Townsville.
