Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. We would not think twice

Location,location,location.
For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

right on top of darling harbour where you could find many places to eat plus only a short walk to town hall station and buses it was good to have a washing machine and tumble dryer to use as we had been on a cruise for 3 weeks prior to arriving in sydney and needed to do some washing -

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.

The convenience of the hotel to both international and domestic airports is fantastic. We were delayed a day by a cancelled flight due to a typhoon in Hong Kong, and the staff changed our booking without fuss, and were extremely helpful re our flight home, which also had been changed. I thought the room was very cleverly designed, with powerpoints, mirrors etc well placed. Extremely appropriate for an overnight stay in between flights.

The location is in central position in Sydney China Town area. Easy to get any kind of foods, and close to all attraction in Sydney (CBD, Darling Harbour). The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully. The bedroom was adequate and the ensuite was a decent size. The shower was large. The room we stayed in was able to be dark with the blinds down for a sleep in. The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there. i like sydney who could not, the hotel desk staff could not be more helpful we arrive very early and they found a room for us straight away after a long flight this was much appreciated thank you holiday in staff for a wonderful stay in sydney. ps insted of the 4 days we booked we stayed 8 i think that show how much we enjoyed the stay

Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The view was unbelievable, we dined (a gift) at the Rocks but chose an early sitting so that we could come back and enjoy the view. Loved the fact we could stroll through Wendy Whitely's beautiful, peaceful garden, what a bonus

The location is fabulous. Beautiful view. The hotel is positioned almost on top of North Sydney railway station which is very convenient - we weren't disturbed by the odd rumble of a train passing outside. We stayed in a double room with a harbour view on the 12th floor. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was very clean and fresh, well appointed, comfortable bed, can open the windows and capture the beautiful breeze off the harbour. Good size shower with plenty of hot water. Well sto

The staff were very helpful at check-in. Thereafter nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the beach. The food in the restaurant excellent. Parking facilities were under ground and secure. We had a wonderful time. -

We have stayed at Coogee Bay Hotel before and loved it. This time we stayed at the Pub Style accom and our room was upgraded(thanks Coogee Bay) but it was very noisy compared to the Boutique Style where we were before. We love staying there, as the beach is so close we just walk across the road, everything is very handy to get to.The food is great

Our room looked out over Coogee Bay beach and had a small balcony which
was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful with all our requests and
generally friendly. We had stayed next door previously and this was 100%
better value for money.
