The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. There was no problems with us paying up front and using cash as the deposit instead of having an authorisation taken on our cards. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. Would defin

The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
Staff were very lovely and helpful.

It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so
welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well
equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for
the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing
powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room
rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully. The bedroom was adequate and the ensuite was a decent size. The shower was large. The room we stayed in was able to be dark with the blinds down for a sleep in. Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

Travelling to the city on the ferry was relaxing and enjoyable.
Australia Day on the harbour was terrific. The staff at the quest were
helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble.

Location was a very short walk to the beautiful Bondi beach - two grocery stores a few shops away- stocked our wonderful new kitchen. Spotless - large comfy bed and pull out was great as well for our daughter - room dividers pulled to make two rooms. Everything was top rate. Very happy there. Would go back anytime - staff was excellent!!!!!!!

The apartments were very luxurious. With this and the gym, pool and spa you could spend all day there. However only a 5min walk to Bondi beach and cafes.
The 1st night we stayed the people in the neighbouring apartment were very noisy. The staff were brilliant about and the next night moved us and upgraded us for free.
