  Sem duvida a localizacao - We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that a note I put in our booking about the weekend stay being for my girlfriend's birthday meant that by the time we checked in, we had already received a complimentary upgrade to a beach view. The extra attention and little touches we received from Novotel's staff made all the differenc - The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. There was no problems with us paying up front and using cash as the deposit instead of having an authorisation taken on our cards. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. Would defin

  A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. The staff were friendly and helpful. It seemed like our room was serviced every time we left it. We loved our stay. I recommend a harbour-view room suite. Caught the train from the airport the Circular Quay not cheap bu - We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.
