Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up. When we arrived, we were told this request was not put in and there's a surcharge of $40 for early check in. But after explaining our side of the situation, the staff waived the fees and found us a ready room in 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Although there was no view whatsoever (the windows faced a wall of the next building), it didn't matter as we spent the whole day out exploring Sydney anyway. Would definitely come back if we make short trips to Sydney in future! :)

The room was comfortable the hotel was in a good location for what we wanted.

The room was quite basic, we had 2 suitcases for our journey but there was nowhere to put away clothes or hang up wet beach gear or towels.

I liked the location of the hotel and for a single person, the room size was great. The toiletries were nice and the amenties (the in-hotel bar and restaurant, free use of exercise facilities) were good. The staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions.

For more than 1 person, the room is really small.

Clean and tidy with quick checkin & out. perfect for a couple of days in Sydney. Location was good for Kings Cross and train 100yds away for to head to Central Stationor to Bondi.

Not a single room has a decent view (i was told)... mine certainly didn't and therefore felt a little claustrophobic.

Things were a bit run down (scuffed walls, scuffed furniture), but overall clean and tidy. Early check-in not available

The location was superb. Close to vibrant Kings Cross, Potts Point, Paddington etc. close to transport. Easy to get taxis etc. staff were great. Good value for money.

The shower water pressure was terrible. Would have preferred clean sheets/new sheets when bed was made up. A bit more info surrounding room facilities.

The staff was just amazing and extremely service minded,helpful that made our stay great! The hotel gives you free access to a very nice and close fitness first gym

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Quite noisy as I was on first floor and above the bar which had music going till quit late .. Also the walls between rooms is quite thin ..

All the staff I met were extremely helpful, attentive, professional and polite. Room, though small was nice and comfortable. Location

The great location of the hotel, very polite and courteous front desk personnel.

The facility has no elevator, which make it hard to move your luggage even though the staff is very helpful.

Design of the rooms was good. The separate closet room was useful to keep the room from being cluttered. Simple but stylish décor made the room pleasant.

The rooms offered no view at all, but at least they did not suffer noise from the street. The walls are however too thin, so one can hear one's neighbour in the adjoining room. The fact that the hotel does not have a lift and that no porter or staff assistance is offered make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage or heavy bags.

Location was quite convenient than expected to go to city center as well as the famous Bondi Beach!

There was no heater in the room and was quite cold during the night time and in the bath room. Not recommendable to use this hotel during winter season.

The beds are good and the stuff is very nice

The rooms are way too small and suffocating. No lifts (=elevators). Smokers need to go up two to levels of stairs just to smoke in the street. With no actual place to sit. Not worth the money for my opinion. I booked 4 nights staying their 2 nights
