They accept one night bookings and most accom in the North coast does not. They went out of their way to help us get into our room as we had a function to attend. They made sure we had the type of room we requested. The apartment was generous, very clean and well- stocked. The pool and spa were well kept. great value, beds were actually quite comfortable, had everything you needed in the kitchen, decent shower. the speed and efficiency of the managers to help me when the power went out in my room, i was all changed in 20 minutes!.
todos opiniões » The receptionist was very helpful, the rooms were clean & facilities great. Being able to leave my car undercover was a great relief as its brand new. The motel was easy to find. Conveniance to shops and beach,clean apartment,full cooking facilities,but did not know this as the web site does not list what is available in the rooms,strange!. Excellent value for money and a lovely relaxing atmosphere, room was very spacious and the bathroom was very large - overall wonderful!. Friendly service and welcome at reception. We were 2 friends sharing a std room - we were given a king size bed - much appreciated. Relaxed atmosphere, garden surrounds, balconies, pool, privacy, great location between main beaches and proximity to forest tracks. As I only stayed over for the one night I found all facilities of good standard. I will defiantly be back. Thank you. We loved the staff they were so friendly and welcoming. The room was just what we needed small and comforting. Cleanliness. Ceiling fans. Comfortable main bed. Roomy. Lovely pool. Great verandah overlooking pool. Accomadating person on reception, she called in cleaner so e could ge an extra night. Location and friendly reception. Only one night but enjoyed our stay and will return. The unit was clean and well equipped. The rooms were spacious and clean. The fact that they allowed one night stays. Many other places had a two night minimum which didn't suit us. Very friendly staff and convenient, had virtually everything we needed Clean and tidy. Handy location. It was a bit hard to access. There was a bit of noise from one of their other guests the night we were there.- not a lot they could do about that. int roast coffee i thought went out in the 80's!! surely a better option for coffee. the airconditioner leaking onto the power board behind the TV and losing all power, whilst out of control of Mgr's was quite a disruption at 9:15 at night!. The lounge was a bit uncomfortable to sit on, the seating seemed to slant forward. Stayed 3 nights, nobody serviced my room,rubbish piled up,tea and coffee,milk not replenished. Foxtel channels did not work properly(no sound) because a $2 Tv connector was and is split,poor connection. Everything was fine there was nothing we didn't like. Wee stain on the mattress of the fold out bed. No tea or coffee provided. Didn't supply face washers or shower cap; a salad bowl would be usefull. The lounge suite was uncomfortable. Maybe the spa could be warmer?. can't remember!!. Nothing it was a great place. My receipt from letsbookhotel.com said there was free WiFi but there has never been a policy of free WiFi at the hotel. Our Room was directly next to the main street. Noosa is a maze of roundabouts and it is quite easy to get lost particularly after dark. No free internet or Foxtel Rooms are getting a bit tired. Filthy rooms dust everywhere cobwebs terrible bed springs poking out made for next to no sleep and a trip to the chiropractor . Never stay there again its terrible.
