  Reasonable value for money but very basic accommodation and is actually run by the property next door. It has no reception area at all and is very empty kind of like a ghost town but the facilities are quite good. The pool area is great and the kids playground is great for families. Our room was a basic motel room with kitchenette - The room was comfortable, cleaned daily, the staff were very pleasant, the was a free barbecue to use and a pool. It was great accommodation for the price. Even though there wasn't a sink to wash up in which a lot of people have complained about it was 4 steps to the bathroom sink which to me was no big deal.

  Simple, comfortable, has everything you need. Caters to a variety of groups (backpackers, families, older people, budget travellers, those who like their comfort). Wildlife wandered freely through the resort but boundaries to eating areas maintained. Everything close, nothing too over the top. Facilities for swimming and tennis, amongst others, provided. Small, well-equipped shop/mini- - The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)

  The room is compact but very cosy,comfortable and has everything you need. Especially liked the unit with the fridge that had a drawer with crockery and cutlery so you can enjoy some cheese in the evening with your wine. Great location. - As soon as we arrived we felt so welcomed by the lovely lady at reception, who also allowed us to check in early as we had a wedding to attend.   The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge. The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific. The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater.
