  Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about.   The premier twin room with 2 queen beds was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. My partner had told the Rockpool bar & Grill about my birthday, and I was treated especially well by staff. Not looking directly into the window of another building like most cbd hotels. Walking distance to cbd and good restaurants and just far enough away to keep out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
