  they were very warm & welcoming people and were very dog friendly. Not only could our dog stay with us inside the cabin but there was also a free dog bath & washing machine for dog bedding.   There was some confusion with our reservation as to whether or not we had cancelled. After discussing it with Mara, she was very helpful & honored out original reservation. The room was beautiful - the location is perfect. The views from the deck are gorgeous!! - We stayed in the penthouse which had the most amazing view. I personally love the Daintree area, and the Lync Haven Retreat offers exactly what you need, a convenient and comfy room in the middle of the Daintree National Park. After all a perfect night in the rainforest! Good value for money, perfect location 5 minutes after the ice-cream compan - The location of the chalet was fantastic, there were walks into the rainforest a few yards from our door, with rescued kangaroos in a compound at the back. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic.

Sadly it rained the whole time we were there, but if the wheater would have been good I'm sure we would have had a nice time. - The friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff, whom were of great assistance with day trip bookings. We did like it that much, we extended our stay.
