Stayed in an apartment with my girlfriend on toddler from 31st of July
to 3rd of August 2013. Staff were extremely helpful upon arrival,
provided me with maps and advised all the local shops and bus routes. It

Wow! Liked everything - we were very impressed. The room was beautifully furnished with modern appliances,cutlery and cookware and plenty of storage space - and I loved that it contained a coffee plunger!! The beds were super comphy ... nice heavy curtains to block out morning light ... and it was in a very quiet area. The pool was a fabulous temperature (warm for winter!) and the spa, even warmer. This was by far one of the best motel stays I have experienced anywhere in the world.
The owners efforts to provide little unexpected extras make this a fantastic motel, close to all amenities and definitely achieves it's (home away from home) motto. Will definitely be back. -

One of the most friendly staff what we met during our trip in
Australia. From reception we got nice advice for other spot points in
Rockhampton and a recommendation for there restaurant which one was a
great advice. We had so excellent dinner there and lovely conversation

Location was convenient to the "Esplanade" and local shopping and restaurants.
The manager, Rosemary, was very helpful. We arrived a number of hours before we were supposed to check in and our room was already ready for us.
The manager helped us book our tours and even drove us to the wharf on the day, so we wouldn't be late and this was greatly appreciated.

Our room was large and beautifully clean. The breakfast was excellent (we could have had cooked if we had wanted it) and the Manager, Geoff, was friendly and efficient. -
While staying at Gladstone palms we found the motor in to be very clean with a great shower and a comfortable bed. Reception was very helpful and courteous.

We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant.
When we stayed it was very windy and not a bit of rubbish anywhere. Well done especially for a place this size. Salt Water Pool, Gazebo and Bbq are immaculat

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina.
We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy.
Easy to book on line.
A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

well priced (eating out is always expensive in Oz) and the food was
very good. -
The service from Peter the manager was excellent. When we arrived there,
my girlfriend was ill, he made a couple of phonecalls to doctors free of
charge. When we got back at the hostel, he saw that my girlfriend was
still not feeling better, so he upgraded our double room to a better
room away from all the noise from the reception. Thanks a lot for this
excellent service Peter and the rest of the staff!
