It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

The highlight was on Sunday 4 August at noon where we picked up our luggage in the lobby and 1 staff approached us and offered whether we wanted a lift to the Airport. He asked his colleague (South Korean) whether he can take us to the Airport and he said Yes. So we went on the buggy and we were there on time. The staff were first class. The breakfasts and evening meals were delicious. The cabins were cosy with excellent bathroom facilities. They are not luxurious but a lot of thought has gone in to making them as comfortable as possible. This was a unique and enjoyable experience. -

Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.
