  We would really want to thank the reception staff for their help! They have all been really friendly, helpful and professionnal! They booked us the Whitsundays Boat Tour litterally at the last moment (we had not thought of booking all that in advance) and they kindly kept our luggage and our car parked at their place for 3 days while we were away!... o que as pessoas dizem » They also helped us with our next hotel booking in Port Douglas (our next road trip stop). This Hotel is excellent! It's clean, confortable and nicel - All of the staff were extremely helpful and all requests for information were followed up efficiently and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. They allowed us to store our luggage on two occasions saving us the trouble of finding somewhere to store it whilst we went off on other adventures.. They made our stay in Arlie Beach a pleasure and we would strongly recommend this place to all travels for value and friendly service.

  they were very warm & welcoming people and were very dog friendly. Not only could our dog stay with us inside the cabin but there was also a free dog bath & washing machine for dog bedding.   This is such a friendly hotel and the staff were so helpful it was a pleasure to stay there. Our room was pretty standard but good enough and very clean. About ten minutes walk into town which was far enough out to be quiet and peaceful from the night life.Loved the local connection to Papua New Guinea and the artwork at the hotel. The manager, Rosemary, was very helpful. We arrived a number of hours before we were supposed to check in and our room was already ready for us. The manager helped us book our tours and even drove us to the wharf on the day, so we wouldn't be late and this was greatly appreciated.

Sadly it rained the whole time we were there, but if the wheater would have been good I'm sure we would have had a nice time. - The friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff, whom were of great assistance with day trip bookings.
