We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. This is not a criticism because we did pay a little extra for our room. -

Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. Denise and Stuart [managers] so helpful, friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed to be a bother to them. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Location was fabulous. Pool and spa well maintained, a friendly relaxing place to unwind. Have already recommended Aruba Surf to family and friends and will definitely go back again.
