The restaurant staff were really appropriate with our younger children.Really close to great food and shopping and park for kids.   Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! On the Sunday there was a brunett... o que as pessoas dizem » e lady (looked young, maybe mid twenties) who was very helpful to me and my son and held the lift as I arranged him and my groceries in the early afte - We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

The jacuzzi/ spa was large enough for my 2 kids to dip in.   The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I am still buzzing from the - I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have him and youir other staff members were helpful as well.
