Everything about the Port Douglas Motel was excellent! The location was
excellent, it was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptional. One
of the best hotel/motel experiences I've had. Not to mention
that the price was unbeatable! I can't say enough about how much I
enjoyed my stay there. -

All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic.
The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout.
The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus.

Food at the café/bar was good and great value for money. We
requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management
which was good. Good cooking facilities and utensils as we did eat in
for breakfast which suited us otherwise we would have to eat out 3-meal
a day. Front desk staff was helpful.

waited to wave us off as we left, we couldn't have asked for more. -
Anne, the host was, very welcoming and was very very helpful with advice regarding eating, shopping, tours etc plus explaining all the things available at the Freestyle Resort. The room had everything we wanted to make our stay comfortable. It was only a block away from CBD which meant it was quiet and also there was a short forced exercise/walk every time we wanted to go somewhere which was good.In summary! A good all rounder.

The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming. detector hanging off ceiling and immediate outdoor areas could do with a
