  on arrival staff were very pleasant & helpful especially for helping us with parking given that the hotle parking was full, the room was comfortable although the furniture setting seemed out of order, we did move the furniture (poor feng shui) to make it more comfortable for our stay. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I forgot my wallet with all my money and cards in it and it was found be Concierge exactly where I thought I left it. Wonderful service and great staff that go out of their way to e - The views from our room were fantastic especially with the rough weather. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

  Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Clean and comfortable room. Good facilities - the children used both the pool and tennis court. And a nice surprise when we found the use of the balls/racquets were free. Lovely grounds - clean, tidy and attractive. We didn't get to use the restaurant but the menu looked good. Quiet, private, luxurious but not over the top where you may feel out of place. All the staff made us feel very important and that they genuinely cared.   Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The pool was lovely and warm even on a cold winters day and the location was beautiful with access to great restaurants. The shower in our room was amazing. - I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.
