The Apartments absolutly are fantastic, and well appointed in all departments, ie furniture, crockery, bedding 1st class. The staff Jason & Susan were the greatest, they could not do enough for us. We had a hire car which we had to return to the airport, they came & picked us up and took us back next morning, they were so helpful we are 74 & 70 yrs and its nice to be respected, especially in today's society.
todos opiniões » The staff were very helpful, they offer an airport shuttle and happy to collect me at 10.30 at night, I checked out at 11 am but flight out was at 10.20pm so they kindly let me store my luggage for the day and happy to run me to the airport when I returned in the afternoon. Free wifi with great speed. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay and really simple stylish and comfortable to stay in. We have stayed here several times and love everything about it... Location and Comfort of the rooms, each room has everything one needs including Washing Machine and dryer.. The staff are always very helpful and friendly with great customer service.. Love the place and will always stay here when ever we travel to Perth. Two bedroom apartment with two ensuite bathrooms great for family with adult children. Roomy living/dinning area with large tv and laundry/bathroom facilities. Selection of pillows soft,firm contoured etc comfy beds. Very quiet apartments. With windows and patio sliding door that could all be left open for fresh air. I loved everything about this hotel. From the paper being delivered to the lovely layout of the apartment. I would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in five star hotels that didn't even come close to the Qube. lovey place to stay highly recommend it for a stay in Perth. Josie. brand new apartments furnished very well - good facilities, a perfect hotel/apartment for people needing to be near the airport - no views etc but then that was not what we were looking for we wanted convenient well presented accommodation near the airport and that is exactly what we got. The complex is well situated near the airport. The rooms were excellent, plenty of space and well appointed, the bed was heavenly, just what we needed after travelling around the south west. We will certainly stay again next time we are in Perth. Very clean (looks new) with comfortable beddings. No elevators so ask for ground floor room if you have a lot of luggage. This is near the Domestic Airport and has complimentary shuttle. Need a car to get around. Modern and new, clean and layout was really good. I would stay here again when on business in Perth. Ditch the little cups and saucers & replace with Mugs (I like a big cup of Coffee to get me going in the mornings). Large plates do not fit in the dish washer without catching on the tray above, so when you pulled out the bottom tray it snagged on the top tray and pulled that one out to. Mobile phone reception was a problem, as was WiFi, but believe that you are addressing that problem. Nothing - all good. Near the airport, then again it is a little further from the city as compared to other hotels/apartments along the Great Eastern Highway. Please do provide some cloth hangers to hang our shirts and jackets. Nothing. No signage for reception which I know is just a teething problem with being new. More lighting required need the stair case area. Could have done with an attached restaurant. Was a bit hard to find late at night. The only problem with this hotel is that it is quite far from the city centre. Prefer king size beds. The neighborhood is not the nicest. No restaurants nor shops. Just a petrol station. There are no shops with food and no places to eat normal food as steak nearby. I don't think there is any need for improvement. Needed something that said Verandahs Apartments. It had another name on the outside. We had a GPS so had no trouble with address but could have been confusing. Cant fault the establishment... Pillows were terrible! No bed side lamps. One thing missing was bed side lamps (I am a reader when in bed). We were there on a windy night and the wind howled all night through the front door of Apt 32. Needs sealing. This was reported to the hotel manager and he was appreciative of the feedback and is going to fix it. No food to find inside the fence. The surrounding area is very dull. Anyway perth city is less than 10 km away. A must to rent a car. Sofa is only one coach not enough seating area for watching tv. No rice cooker. gates not closed. When we arrived we got no hello just name & ID was asked of us, and when we were given directions to the unit she just says go to the end turn right & it's just on the left, I had to ask what is the number of it, because she had'nt actually handed us the keys, so yes in that area was pretty poor, make you like, give me ur money & get. no communal pool or outdoor area. nothing. Checked in at 4pm to find that the room wasnt available although the staff did source another room withuin about 10 mins. The blinds in the bedrooms let too much light in in the morning so the kids woke at 5am, it needs blackout blinds. 1 airconditioner in the lounge didnt really filter through to the bedrooms, wouldnt like to stay on a 40+ Perth summer day. No pool for the kids. no other option for food other than dominoes. Bathroom/laundry fan wouldn't switch off. Still a work in progress. Needs more attention to the 'little things' that make such a difference. Terrible pillows, cheap blinds which let the light in. The kitchen needs a woman's touch! Wi-Fi still not available, though coming. The staff were very helpful and tried hard to compensate for the deficiencies. Not easy to find, but well woth the effort. Our confirmation was a different name to what was displayed on the building and it was not on the corner as the address given stated. No instructions for the stove top or exhaust fan, had to ring reception for help. Other than that no complaints at all. the rooms are facing each other when sitting on our balcony you could see into the other rooms so shut the blinds when you stay.
