The location, excellent friendly service from all of the staff, luxury, relaxation, fabulous pool, right on the beach with private access, excellent meals at Seasons restaurant, coffee making facilities in lounge, comfortable bed and super clean room, proximity to fabulous shops, and all this with a real no-hassle holiday feeling. They kindly posted back my phone charger that I left behind. Best pillows we have ever experienced. We are going to buy some.

The location was great, just a short walk to Hastings st and there were buggy's operating during designated hours for those who didn't want to walk. We found the walk very pleasant though.
