  Loved the place, clean and convenient and very helpful staff at the front desk, free WiFi with great connection probably because we asked to be close to reception but we did get what we asked for which was great.   I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.
