Great resort style apartments, great staff, really top spot being just opposite the beach and walking track and close to 2 playgrounds for our little one. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. Inside pool was an added bonus. Rooftop area was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location.

The location was first class, any closer to the water and you would have got wet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay. I had guests stay for the weekend

This apartment hotel provided everything for a perfect beach holiday.The 2 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished and had a kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals.the location was perfect,directly on the beach, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The manager of the complex was very friendly and helpful. The whole building, apartment and the heated pool were very clean. Will definitely come again and can highly recommend.

My kids (ages 17,11 and 6) and I absolutely loved our stay. The pool was just divine! everything I had hoped for. Our apartment was lovely, spacious clean. We met lovely families, walked to the beach, just out the gate. We just loved it and cant wait to go back next year.
I asked the kids what was their favourite part of holiday? Dreamworld? No the pool at Grande Florida.

Great location, very close to many restaurants, pubs, casino and beach. Super friendly staff, who can arrange whatever it is you need and follow up to ensure it was to your satisfaction. Only a brief stay but would recommend to anyone. -

Apartment was spacious for 6 of us, had everything we needed, staff were awesome & helpful. Didn't even notice that the place was full, very quiet (except for the birdlife!!). Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.
