Very helpful and friendly staff at reception who went out of the way to ensure guests' satisfaction. They are the best I've met.
Great location! It is located at end of Sydney Road whith hundreds of shops and eateries and with a beautiful park across the road.
Though the inn does not look very attractive from the outside, the room's interior is quite tastelfully done and is well-furnished.

The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. The
room was spacious and very well appointed. They location would be
great if you had plans at one of the sporting venues and although you
were 2 blocks from the North/South tram routes, there were
East/West trams running one street either side of the hotel.

Amazing staff, especially concierge who always greeted us warmly and helped us with our twins. Very accommodating and sympathetic to our needs for our 6 month old babies. Well furnished rooms/suites for amazing value. Best location - just around the corner from flinders lane where lots of good restaurants / cafes located. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel - particularly for the price we paid!

The apartment contained everything that we could need and everything was in good condition. The street was quiet and it was nice to be hearing birdsong instead of traffic. The staff were helpful and seemed to care about giving good service and was a personal touch rather than what you would get staying in a large hotel. Although it is a distance out of the city (probably a 20-30 minute walk), there was a tram-line close by.

This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot

Wonderful apartment. Sadly only stayed one night it would be perfect for a week. Right opposite a racecourse if you are into that! Minutes from a tram stop which would take 20 mins into Melbourne. Located only a block from Bourke St, the Quest Hero is conveniently
located to shopping, transport (trams and Parliament Station) and many
coffee shops and restaurants. The reception staff were always very
friendly and helpful. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious (though the
second bedroom was very small). The living and kitchen areas and
bathroom were roomy, with the kitchen providing everything needed. This
was an enjoyable stay and I look forward to the convenience of staying

The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.
