I liked the location and close to public transport. Great views close to many places to eat. We were booked into the docklands private collection apartments but were put in an apartment on the docklands overlooking the water because our apartment was apparently sold. We were told this apartment was actually better so I was really glad about that. my son loved his eigth birthday four days of fun footy good food close too shops twenty metres away from etihad his exact words they are realy nice ladys dad they told us everthing we needed this is a very nice place to stay dad this is great kids dont lie thankyou very much we will be back.
todos opiniões » My wife and I stayed for five nights in this excellent accommodation. We enjoyed a superb view over the Dockland waterfront. It was very conveniently situated for access to the City by tram while a pleasant half hour walk along the river was a nice alternative. Good parking too.. As we had a wedding reception at the berth the location of the appartments was great.The fact that we could book a1 night stay was perfect, a lot of the others were a 2 night limit. City Circle tram right at the front door was a huge help for us getting around the city. staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Everything that was used in the apartment were of good quality eg, laundry powder, dish washing liquid etc. DVDs were available to rent for free during stay and check out was super easy and fast. The Marina view Apartment very well situated to city and be able to walk to the Southern Cross Station and right across the road from the Quay. Apartment was well appointed / equipped. I stayed at Apartment for part business and part leisure. Location, location, location!! It was right at the tram stop with beautiful restaurants over the road on the water. So quiet, we never heard anyone else. Watched hot air balloons sail past the window in the morning! We will be back!!. Close to Harbour Town for shopping, close to many restaurants. Comfortable, self contained, with managers that are friendly and helpful. Docklands Private Collection has easy access to transport with great harbour views. Location was excellent - tram stop right outside the door! Staff were very friendly, great amenities - Foxtel tv, dvd/bluray player, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. And thanks for the complimentary herseys!. Greeted by a friendly staff member who took us up to our apartment and orientated us with its layout and appliances. Liked the convenience to the free inner circle tram and the cafes across the road. Great staff, very accommodating to our needs. We needed to cut our stay & they were happy to assist with this and no additional fees charged. Location good for football, shopping & dining. The room was excellent value for money - the furnishings were of superior quality and it was so close to everything, particularly with a city circle tram stop right out the front of the building!. Location was very good. It was just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown and the noise that goes with it, but getting downtown by the free tram put it minutes away. The view over the marina and along the docklands boulevard was fantastic. It was in a great position and was a perfect spot for what we wanted to do. unit was very nice and comfortable it was a nice stay I really enjoyed facility and would stay again for shore staff were very helpful good show. The apartment was a credit to the managers. There was no plug for the kitchen sink which made doing the dishes a bit hard. The main bathroom would flood when showering. Also the door handle on the shower of the ensuite would keep coming off. nothing not to like. The only thing that we could pick on was the double room should have had the air conditioner on ready for us as it was a hot day and the lounge and main bedroom was boiling hot. no tv in the bedroom and no balcony. Cannot think of anything at the moment. The room was a little small. We would book a bigger one next time. N/A. I would have liked the room to be cleaned more regularly than once a week. Only one complaint was the bed was too hard. Nothing really... I didn't like that we didn't have a phone in the room. I was disappointed that there wasn't a balcony. I had thought we were getting one. The foyer was noisy. People inconsiderate with their noise levels late at night and early in the morning. As it has a concrete floor it had a lot of echo. instructions were not clear on how to find rubbish shoot and and I could only open one window the rest were locked minor things. Occasionally had problems with getting in and out of the carpark. The sensor I guess and probably my fault. The balcony, it was too small and didn't like the steel cage looking to the bottom of the ground. Nothing. Hard for drop offs and pick ups out the front. Would have liked a better view than one of the car park!. A minor irritation was that the step into the bathroom was high about 6 inches but once we got used to it no problem. I was disappointed how quite Docklands was. We had dinner there on Sat night and there wasnt many people around even on Sun it was quite. I expected it to be very busy with lots of people around especially on Sat night. Office area where you check in was not very tidy. No bath. Small hoover ( dust buster) didn't work very well. Not very comfy beds. A better view would have been great. Nothing. No complaints. Just a bit far from centre of town, probably a 15 - 20 min walk. But trams were available close by. The washbowl in the bathroom is too small compared to the very big and deep mirrored bathroom cabinet. No Aircon in one of the bedrooms. No WiFi (or Internet at all) in the apartment. That was really disappointing for a modern, upscale place. The weather. Next time we come back could you do something about that please???. I would have liked to have clean towels available daily. Bedroom area a bit tight. Design of bedroom poor.Unable to open wardrobe due to vicinity to bed!. Didn't like the door which had to be locked with a key when you leave (I.e. didn't automatically lock when you exit) Also not particularly keen on the balcony - small and the floor is open mesh - safe enough but not one for those afraid of height, but also not very well sheltered from the weather. Being picky only view from apartment over look rail yard not docklands. Single beds were very skinny. Didn't stay long enough. The bathroom design. Couldnt open bathroom screen. Getting in Took a while. No small store downstairs..had to walk over to iga and its not open late. bed to hard- curtain instead of door in 1 bedroom apartment - split system slow.
