The apartment was well equipped and had everything required to be self sufficient. The bath was a luxury after a week of camping. Located by the river means it is easy so enjoy a stroll on the water front. Travelling on a budget it was a bonus to find the local bus passed by making transfer to the airport cheap and convenient. Overall the apartment had everything I needed at a reasonable price.

We liked the apartment because it was clean, in a quiet location, well priced, and close to the river for a pleasant walk. Convenience to access any road to our different destination. Quiet. Just across the road from the river, for those who like fishing or nice long walks on the river. The whole facility was just excellent and catered for anything one wanted. I was looking for a self-contained unit and RiverSands delivered and met my expectations for my brief business trip. Apartments were clean and well located. Clean and reasonably priced. The location. The river. The apartments are located on a busy road and traffic noise was a real problem. I was unable to enjoy the balcony due to noise which continued late into the night. There are no lifts so luggage needs to be carried up the stairs. Bedroom very small. Local supermarket was small and very pricey. Would not stay again due to the noise. Storage of items in the stairwell does not create a welcoming impression. Very satisfied so no need to answer this question. Nothing. not one thing. The electric jug leaked and was supposed to be changed after I left; there was filth around the base of the taps and water outlets; the grouting had either been applied poorly or was old and coming away from where it had been put - this gave a general look of being untidy and unkempt. Nearly ready for a facelift although the bed was comfortable, parking space was tight especially for bigger cars. Very noisy, other guests and road noise. It was noisy and very old, needs updating. The noise and maintenance of the shower.
