  Room was fit for a queen. Gym had good equipment Staff was very kind and helpful Toiletries were top notch. Room had a wonderful scent upon arrival. A very romantic and lovely hotel.   I love everything about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Sydney. The atmosphere, the character, the style and the wonderful staff. The location couldn't be more perfect, surrounded by water and a lovely walk along the harbour foreshore and beyond to reach the restaurants, cafes and The Rocks, but tucked away enough t... o que as pessoas dizem » o be peaceful and quiet. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.
