  Room was in a fantastic location, wildlife just outside, great view and ( for us ) perfect weather. As well as this the bed was great and spa bath was magnificant. Location wasnt far from winneries, tracks, cultural activities and restaurants - I would definitely recommend Grampians Motel and generally stay in Halls Gap. Very efficient reception and checking in and out was a breeze staff were friendly and accommodating. - It was close to the main shopping strip... And had plenty of car spaces!   The hosts were very helpful and friendly. My room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable and quiet despite being on the road into town. A short walk takes you into the lovely township of Halls Gap. Perfectly situated to explore the beauty of the Grampians/Gariwerd region.   The staff/owners are very friendly and obliging. The rooms are cosy and very very clean. Everthing in the room worked. The beds were comfortable. This is the 2nd time we have been here and we will absolutely come back again. We will not stay anywhere else other than here! For about $90 per night, this hotel is a ripper!!! All honesty... 10/10.   you have so many things to do right from the lodge. the wonderful women at the front desk. i forget her name but she was very helpful. i was proud to put another pin on her map. she offered me a map for free but i paid for it anyway. when people treat you that good you must reward them anyway that you can. the resturant that is like a 3 minute wal... o que as pessoas dizem » k away suggested by the lady at the front desk. kookaburra i think the name of it was amazing. first time i had kangaroo and i loved it. the back porc - Quiet spacious rooms with a mesmerizing view. Wildlife is just next door: one can spot kangaroos and cockatoos sitting on a terrasse. Still all modern facilities are available, wifi in the room worked very well. The only shop in the town is 5 min away by foot. Two very nice eating places in the neibourhood: The Kookaburra and The Black Panther. Extremely helpful and polite hotel owners. Gave us wonderful insider tips for off-the-beaten-path walks in the mountains.

  A lovely little wooden cabin in lovely surroundings. Great wildlife and birds. Kangaroos in the back paddock and emus running wild in the grounds. The owners were lovely and very welcoming. They helped with directions and advice on what to do in the surrounding countryside. Lovely pool to cool off when it was hot. So peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean except for the carpet. The bed is very comfortable. We also liked the heater in the toilet which made it very pleasant to shower in cold weather. The lodge is also within walking distance to shops and restaurant.
