The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We definitely intend to return. -

pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours
- tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car
parking available close to our accommodation. Plenty of amusements on
offer for the children whether the weather was dry or wet. -

Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it.
Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The booklet needs to be rewritten as the info on the TV

The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.

I was allocated a high floor unit with very beautiful view of the Gold Coast. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and help full. There is a free car park lot assign to us. -
The proximity to all services, mono rail, bus service. Walk to shops, beach and casino.

Very pleased with the apartment - for a change was actually like the pix featured on letsbookhotel.com. Spacious, nicely furnished and well appointed. Great location and good dining options on site - we'll be back!
