  Friendly customer service. It was a surreal environment. Nice size rooms. It had everything you needed i.e Washing machine, dryer, cooking facilities/utensils etc. Self contained. Close to shops etc..

  The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The on site restaurant has a good menu, food is delicious & again the staff there were great. We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty. We had to adjust booking dates due to local flooding & the staff couldn't... o que as pessoas dizem » be more helpful. - We were only passing through en route to the Gold Coast but we were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation and would definitely consider booking an extended stay at the resort for a future long weekend or family holiday at Coffs Harbour.
