Greg & Linda were perfect hosts. Delicious breakfasts,cake and well thought out accomodation which was very clean, lovely and modern. We really had a fabulous time here and would recommend Baudin's to other travellers. I can honestly say I haven't had such a lovely stay in any other B&B. Well priced too with plenty of options to do your own cooking etc. Greg & Linda were very warm and welcoming and we just wished we could have stayed longer with them. Lynn & Colin Lucas.

Greg and Linda couldn't have been better hosts, from advising us on what to see and do in busselton and Margaret river to allowing a later breakfast is we wanted a lay on in the morning. Our room was fantastic and all our needs were catered for and the town centre is just a short work away. I would highly recommend Baudins to anyone visiting busselton and myself and my partner will definetly be returning. This was excellent accommodation! The facilities in the rooms were outstanding. Visitors have access to a 'common room that includes a lounge room and a fully equipped kitchen. Home made afternoon tea is provided and the room included snacks. tea and coffee, water as well. The breakfast was fantastic with the guest able to specify exactly what they want. The owners were very friendly and offered great advice. The hosts Greg and Linda were very friendly, helpful and informative and the breakfast was excellent. The beautiful communal living, dining and kitchen areas mean there is lots of space to relax and it is very homely. Everything was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. We also loved the large en-suite shower, the cake and biscuits in the afternoon and the walk to the idyllic beach. The accommodation was very nice, clean and comfortable. The full kitchen would be very useful if we had stayed longer. The hosts, Greg and Linda, were very helpful with suggestions for places to go and things to do and went all out to ensure our stay was enjoyable and hassle free (including baking some lovely cake). The breakfasts were also lovely. No complaints at all. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, also flexible and accommodating with our schedule. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts provided home made cakes and biscuits for guests to enjoy with tea or coffee in the communal kitchen/lounge. above all though it was the hosts efforts to make us feel welcome that made this a particularly enjoyable stay. The purpose built design of Baudins and the very welcoming hosts make it more than worthy of its 4.5 star rating. The suites are extremely well equipped and have a very comfortable bed!! The lounge and kitchen area is well appointed, functional and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and a very easy relaxed atmosphere is encouraged by hosts Greg and Linda. Quite simply, Baudins is superb. What my wife and I want from a B&B is a spacious, well equipped, clean room in pleasant surroundings and a good breakfast. At Baudins we got all of this plus the most fantastic host. Greg and Linda are just great. If you are staying in Busselton don't waste time looking anywhere else. YOu will not be disapponted. Comfortable, well equipped guest lounge, kitchen and dining area. Being able to use clothes washing facilities at no extra charge. Beautifully presented rooms with quality fittings. Guest orientated owners - nothing was too much trouble. Nice quiet area separated from owners home. Outstanding breakfast. Very reasonable priced. This hotel is strongly recommanded because the bed is comfortable and it has most facilities that you need, such as washing machine and hair dryer the rooms are big as well price wise this is also worth to spend and we would like to thank the Greq and Linda for providing our lovely breakfast and drive us to the town. We loved our stay at Baudins. Linda and Greg are delightful hosts. The rooms are clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are lots of books, magazines and DVD's to keep you entertained. The breakfast was really excellent and the location is perfect - close enough to walk to town and the beach. Great little B&B run by a great couple, massive attention to detail & very flexible.
