We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were
immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was
extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was
absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though

Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security
in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass).

We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and
facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of
our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much
walking distance to everything. Southbank is just amazing! -

I loved it's location in Park Road next to the restaurants- great for Sunday breakfast.
And it was lovely having a river view from the balcony- very relaxing sitting there with a coffee.
I also liked the interior design- where the front doors overlook the lobby.

Location was great for walking along the river with close proximity to boardwalks gardens and city., also close to restaurants, bars and ferry transport, which we used to go to New farm Park and the powerhouse. We stayed in a one bedroom which was only a few dollars more than the studio but with much more space. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could recommend mint for longer stays whether business or holidays.

Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus.
I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

A Good value hotel in comparison to some motels that I've stayed in. Very quiet so I had a good night's sleep after travelling all day from Perth. Staff very helpful, ample free under ground parking. I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. -
