We have stayed here a few times, and have just had another 2 nights. it is sad to constantly read the poor reviews the hotel gets. Was at RPA for surgery. Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. Hotel is very well located near Central station. Big mugs for coffee and tea and big glasses. Enough coffee and tea. Lots of thick pillows. Fridge, kettle, etc. Big desk. The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were neat and facilities were good like the common kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.
