The reception staff/owners were so incredibly polite and helpful and the hotel had a really homely feel as soon as you stepped inside with a lovely smell and free cakes to pick up at times.
The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and the bathroom was a very good size with a shower which is easily the best I've ever used at any hotel!

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. Got to my room and was very pleased, clean and very luxurious for the price I paid. Had my own balcony overlooking the sea. Had my tours and taxis organised by the hotel.

Brilliant location!!!! Harbour, night market and restaurant all within 5 minutes !!! Great view of room 515!!! I can see the mountain, the harbour from my balcony!!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation.
I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort.

We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools
from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but
they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to
guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and
a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff
constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and
we would stay again.

It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Great price for budget conscious families. Despite the wet bed and carpet from upstairs I was offered another room which I declined because it wasn't bothering us. I would stay there again in the future. -

Kevin, the owner was so hospitable, friendly, easy going, approachable, wonderful man who made time for us ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, minimalistic which reduced clutter and contributed to the feel of the place. Was impressed with the tidy grounds. -

The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location with a short walk to anything you could desire. The room was larger than we expected and had everything you might need in it. It was lovely sitting on the balcony having a drink in the evening watching children playing in the pool , everyone was enjoying themselves. -
