  Excellent stuff. After I notified the lady at the front desk about toilet not flushing she felt very sorry and gave me another room which was a luxury king room for the same price, still apologized for inconvenience. And also offered that would refund some of my money. I did not wanted the refund but here nice attitude did impress me.
