  I had amended my booking on letsbookhotel.com from 1 to 2 nights but for whatever reason we were only booked in for the 2nd night. The women on the front desk dealt with this so subtly and efficiently that we were in our room 10 minutes later! It's sad that more people don't treat their customers so well as they did. Plus it's located near a busy main ro - The staff, housekeeping, cleanliness of room, comfort of the room, the breakfast included with the room, 24 hr coffee, chocolate chip cookies, the hardworking staff in charge of the breakfast (she was tireless), hotel is located near all the modern conveniences to include shopping, food, gas, etc. My room was very quiet as well. Near enough to beach, city of portland, and interior of the State of Maine.

  The facilities are an excellent value for the moderate rates and it is minutes to downtown Portland, the large Maine Mall area for shopping, the beaches in Scarborough because it is right off a 295 exit on Route 1. I would like to suggest that you ask folks to limit their time in the hot tub to 15 minutes unless no one is waiting to enjoy it as well.

  The express breakfast was great. The women who oversaw it was extremely accommodating. Staff was knowledgeable regarding traffic patterns. Would stay again - I liked the set up of our room. We are a family of 5 so we decided on the double bed suite with the sofa bed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

  I really like how friendly and helpful the staff is. Fast check in, indeed they have my room key ready when I got to the hotel, almost like just waiting for me. Room is big and comfortable. - The proximity to the Portland Airport, which is the reason we chose this location. The room was also very clean.
