The staff was extremely helpful especially when we had an incident with the neighbors on the first day. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience. The rooms were very clean, along with the grounds. Wasn't able to get to the pool and spa but was surprised it was open until 11 pm. Very nice hotel and staff. Great facilities including bowling alley practically on site, pool, hot tub, laundry. Easy access to cafe's, shops, parking etc We stayed in the summer season so cannot comment on how it works in ski-season.
wszystkie opinie » The desk accommodated us with a second choice of room because the first room was by the street with traffic noise. The room we had was clean and spacious. The first choice was noisy and had a strange odor. We were upgraded to a King sized room which was fantastic. The staff were really friendly upon arrival, and were very helpful throughout our stay. Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, comfortable bed. Great two-level hot-tub was great and relaxing after a long and cold day in the mountains. Friendly atmosphere, quick check-in, clean room make the Inn by the Lake an excellent choice. Free Bikes from the Hotel available. Saves arround 45$ a day. Nearest Beach is just on the other side of the Street. Breakfast is not included, but nice breakfastplace is nearby. The hotel had a wonderful view of Lake Tahoe. It was also reasonable priced in comparison to the other hotels in the area. It was older but was very clean and well kept. Very good and flexible service. Very spacious rooms and well equipped apartments. Close to the lake and other places in South Lake Tahoe. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and an excellent standard, very comfortable. Rooms are clean, have balcony, fridge and microwave standard. Got lucky and got a room with a view of the lake. Good location, helpful staff when checking out on places to go and see around the lake. location. Aircon was a little old and loud but it worked well enough to keep a comfortable climate. There was a mix-up with the room (my mistake). Instead of being helpful the staff had attitude and initially made no attempt to help. Also the sink chiefly was in a narrow, barely shoulder-width space with no extra room to put down anything. Sometimes was the stuff at the reception a bit complicated. Could be a language problem caused by the writer :) The towels have been changed every day, even the unused ones. I would have liked a snake machine in the lobby. I had to walk a couple of blocks to get a snack one night. Other than that it was a great place to visit. Check in and out was slow. We were assigned a room on the Lake Tahoe Blvd. side. It was a great view of the Lake (right across the Boulevard from our room) but the traffic was very loud. We couldn't hear one another as we sat out on the balcony. But then we didn't spend much time in the room or on the balcony. no coffee stirrers, we were in back and had ugly view of trailer park, a/c too loud, pillows too hard, I saw no bathrobe. The shower valve, in our room, took a moment to figure out. Nothing. due to the busy period a lot of trafic - no possibility to sleep with open windows. Old fashioned, pool closed, basic hot tub with no jets. The room was a bit dark, i.e. a few more lamps would have done it. Interior was a little old and stinky. I did not feel it was worth $180 (+$21) a night. The rooms look dated and high trafficked, the dryers were both broken so I had to take my soaking clothes to a Laundromat down the street. The ground floor 'lake view' rooms did not have a clear view of the Lake. Instead, the view was obscured by the constant traffic , and trees, and were very noisy. (The rear rooms have are much quieter.) On arrival, we chose to cancel the final nights booking, after viewing the Lake View room. The decor is dull, and dated. It was noisy. Kind of a party place. The refrigerator rattled and the unit we stayed in looked out to the parking lot. No Lake front view as advertised on the Internet sight. The bathroom was leaking and there was a chip of paint on the tub and there was grease marks on tub and sink. There was a call recording on the phone for the bathroom from the previous guest for a leaking bathroom. Guess it never got fixed. Or tried to fix and left grease all over. The decor was very dated and dark.the room had a stale unpleasant odour. Not so helpful staff on check in ( bad day I guess). price. room looking at rv park.Got moved to very noisy rm., & had a feeling I could smell dogs in it.Feel hotel clerk could have done better for us, as place did'nt seem to be full.
